What it does

WhatsApp is where many of your customers already spend their time. The WhatsApp Notifications extension brings your order updates directly to their WhatsApp inbox, with no app to download and no new account to create on the customer's side.

Admins receive WhatsApp alerts for incoming orders. Customers are notified when their order is accepted, being prepared, ready, out for delivery, or completed. Messages are fully customizable so they match your restaurant's voice. Configure everything from the RestroPress admin panel.

No. Messages are sent to the phone number they provided at checkout.

Which WhatsApp account is used to send messages?

The messages are sent via the WhatsApp API integration configured in the extension settings.
