There are various medium from which you can get help or you want your issue to be fixed; you can also create a support ticket mentioning your issue so that our team can attend to these as soon as possible. While we take any possible bugs in our software seriously, we cannot guarantee that they will be resolved in a fixed timeframe, but you can be assured that we will attend to the problem and respond through the medium with a solution once it has been resolved.
Free Support Tickets
The RestroPress Support Tickets is a free and open source to get your resolved fixed, where you can post any questions you have regarding any of our products, including free products and premium products. Our support team are constantly monitoring the tickets for new questions and will do their best to respond within 24 hours. We also have an extensive user community that may reply with their solutions. Please note, the forum is moderated and any posts or replies found to be offensive or off-topic will be removed.
1 Year Inclusive Email Support
Those customers who have purchased a license for a premium product are entitled to 1 year email support from the date of purchase, including access to download new bug fixes, patches and version releases. With email support, our support team will respond within 24 hours (Monday – Friday, 10:30-19:30; GMT+5.30). Support is limited to our products and does not include troubleshooting your existing infrastructure, including but not limited to server/hosting issues, theme/plugin/add-on incompatibilities.
